- Notifications: You will receive an email alert on the day your shipment is expected to be delivered. If you provided a phone number, a text alert will also be sent.

- Availability: For deliveries to other boroughs and neighborhoods not covered by the Richmond Hill Local Rate.
- Tracking: Tracking information will be provided on the day your order is fulfilled.
